19 target surfaces were assessed for external levels of daylight and sunlight. The proposed development consists of a two storey five bedroom single private detached dwelling with basement garage and an outbuilding serving as a summer house on a greenfield site.
The design principle behind this project was to deliver a sophisticated sustainable contemporary family home which exploits to the full the exceptional surroundings the sites offers.
